Postproduction

Pickup shots and a few additional scenes were completed by mid August 2008. All live action with ‘the talent’ has virtually been completed, except for a certain sequence which needs to be timed precisely with a natural occurring event of the human condition. The only remaining elements that are left to be shot are- creatures, miniature sets, and models. That will be done this coming fall and fortunately construction has already been completed on those particular items and each will be shot on a needed basis only. No sense to waste more tape, hell, we already have more than 50 hours of footage to play with… Soon the arduous task of beating a chaotic beast into submission and putting it together into something that looks like a film will finally be upon us. Hmmm, a daunting task indeed. Possibly I have bitten off more than I can chew;-) Time will definitely tell.

Those that have been waiting to see our first teaser will be glad to hear that it is just about finished. There are a few shots needing FX’s, but other than that it’s complete. For those thinking the stuff we have on You Tube are the actual trailers- well, that’s incorrect. Those are just are way of gauging costumes and characters and so far it has worked out. Except most do not like the fact that our Bane is not bald;-) and his apprentice is not who they think she is. Fans of Bane wanting to see the comic or book version of him will continue to be displeased despite our own satisfaction.

“He say’s we’re finally done filming”
