Props

Creation and acquisition of what we like to refer to as odds & ends, or gadgets, began in October 2005. Very few props were purchased for the film. Ultimately, once again, the items had to be handcrafted to achieve the desired look and effect that we wanted to bring across through the film.

The follow items were crafted, detailed, and or modified by Rick J.

Creature (Liphons) during construction.

Darth Bane’s holocron was purchased then slightly modified to suit the needs of the film.

Thermal detonator was crafted from odds & ends. Bane uses this device to increase the power of the dreaded

Thought Bomb deployed by Kaan.

The Sith scroll was handcrafted and the glass ends illuminated by a lighting rig built within.

This skull was another purchased item - then greatly modified to fit our needs.

A simple store bought head was located and modified to suit our needs for the War Room scene.

The following light sabers below were all designed and crafted by Rick J.

The saber pictured above was created for Christina’s character, Virus.

The light saber you see above belongs to Bane. Designed and crafted in the fall of 2005.

The Artifact was constructed of epoxy and glass particles. Its shape came from a mold of a large quarts crystal.
